For this project, I conducted a comprehensive benchmark of four popular airline websites in order to better understand how leading competitors have solved the problems I’m trying to solve with my new design. I needed to find out what they’re doing that I can emulate, what they’re doing wrong that I can improve, and what conventions have already been established that I should follow to ensure the smoothest experience for users.
