For this project, I defined a high level flow for my mobile app for the new airline. For this project, I focused on the primary use case of booking a flight (with the awareness that in reality, many major use cases must be included for an airline app, such as check-in, customer support etc.). I worked to address all issues highlighted in my customer journey map and set myself up for the next step of designing the screen details. I started by roughly sketching out the flow by hand (which you can see below) and then recreated it on AdobeXD.
