I worked with art directors and the digital team to create brand-aligned social media design concepts and copy to be added to the Oriflame Social portal. This portal was an integrated solution for consultants to access and manage their business social media accounts. We provided recommended content to ensure all external consultants reinforced our brand position consistently.
When we considered how best to communicate our brand through consultants' posts on social media, it became clear that we needed to define our brand personality. If Oriflame was a person, what kind of person would they be? How does Oriflame feel about beauty? Where would he/she like to go on vacation? What does he/she care about? It was important to understand who Oriflame is in order to reach out, influence and inspire others who share the same dreams and passions.
